Dear Andy We have been recruiting nurses from a number of countries including Australia for some time. We now want to set up a company in Oz. Within Australia we will interview, screen and place the candidates. I have looked into the subject and from what I have read the process seems to be time cosuming. Are there any short cuts? We have the demand, a business plan and finances, it is just the duration that is putting us off. Kind regards, Tom Peters Question from Tom Peters on 06/08/2010

Simone and Giuseppe.
My experience and expertise is business you need to investigate what visas are available to you for your age and qualfications I have had a look and nothing is available in the business category, you can get a 1 year working visa for under age 30 years and/or try to get sponsorship from an Employer/family/ Australian state or Government. Alternatively continue your studies in Australia and apply for a Student Visa. This answer is based on the limited information you have provided and I am not a migration expert, but may I suggest you contact a migration specialist who can assess you.
If I can help further email me direct on andy@angloaus.com.
Good luck
Andy MooreHello Andy, ss it difficult to set up a business in Australia? Our company is limited in the UK. Can we setup a limited company in Australia like in the UK? Thanks, Kevin Question from Kevin Long on 19/03/2010
Andy says:
Kevin.
Not difficult at all if you know what is required like the UK there are a few regulatory issue that need dealing with but in certain instances Australia is easier.
Yes you can set a limited Company up in Australia just like the UK there are a few differences and it is a little more expensive than you can get them for in the UK.
If you need any more information call me on 07092 009165 or email me direct andy@angloaus.com.
Good luck
