This course is an interactive course taking delegates through the procedures from receipt of an enquiry to presentation of documents. It deals with the problems of how to avoid unworkable credits, avoiding the necessity for amendments, and some basic errors. It looks at the new code of conduct, UCP600 and some of the areas where it differs from the previous code, UCP500. It examines basic documentary collection methods using Bills of Exchange.
