    Dear,

Thanks for your inquiry, registration of herbal products is quiet complicated process and in Holland we have special authority that is taking care of those kind of registrations, so basically its question of starting filling the info and waiting what is more needed?

Ps, what I can advice is in case its serious and you want really to achieve more, is to apply the application from an local existing business identity, it might make the authorization process easier as I trust you can understand..

    I hope I helped abit.

    Hi,

First of course you can start a business in The Netherlands, age doesn?t matter..
If your question is regards what kind of subsidies / help you can get as young entrepreneur? The answer is; we have in The Netherlands thousand?s of funds that help entrepreneurs, the subsidies are more activities related but in some case are as well age / starter related.

I trust I answer you correctly.

  5. Dear Ilan We are a UK developer of energy efficient boiler and heating systems. we have received enquiries from Dutch businesses and municiple agencies. We want to look more into the market and identify how we can get in touch with more potential clients. What steps would we need to take to pursue this. Thanks, Stefan Question from stefan conch on 18/03/2010

    lan says:

    Dear Stean,

    Thank you for your inquiry!

    There are 2 possibilities:

You make a research form your UK based company and try to contact potential clients in NL an close the business thru the UK company, or the more suitable in your situation in case you already have contact or interest from Dutch parties is to operate from a Dutch existing ID (BV) in most cases this makes the communication and eventually the sales much easier to the Dutch party.

As for all the local process here and how this system needs to be established, pleased don?t hesitate to contact me via our web site to discuss in details your exact situation.

    Best regards,

    I. Kalo

  6. Dear Ilan We are researching the various ways of setting up an office in the Netherlands. The office will process products coming into the Netherlands and then redistributed to central Europe. Whats best, to incorpate a business or run a representative office? I would greatfully appreciate your assistance with this. Kindest Regards, Clare Question from clare breakwaith on 08/02/2010

    lan says:

    Dear Clare,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
As for your issue in case you plan to actively import product via Netherlands the best would be to incorporate a local limited company (as this might have some tax benefits regards VAT regulation and internal EU returns).
In case it would be ONLY a representative office than the incorporation of local rep? office might be better / cheaper solution.

I hope I answered you correctly.
Please don?t hesitate to share with me your concerns.

    Kalo
